I bought one of these in matte black a free years ago. I can tell you that it's a great tool chest and has helped me collect a lot of my tools in one place. However some of the cabinets seem to lack enough depth to be truly useful for some of the tools that I had but overall the locking function is fantastic the built-in plugs are fantastic and it's been a great tool chest for me. I'm just a regular homeowner and at times at diyer and it seems to work great.

I have this and also got it for $798. That was before they put in the light strip which doesn't matter to me.


It's nice. I would recommend. I wish I could have 3 or 4

I have the black version. Great tool chest for the money. My only complaint is about the drawer liners getting scrunched up when closing some drawers with light tools in them. I'd rather have this than the Harbor Freight boxes. It holds up well for a hobby mechanic, but a pro might want more.

My HD also had a 56 in. W x 22 in. D Heavy Duty 23-Drawer for $848.

I've had this in black for about 3 years now, love it and I plan on expanding my garage to mainly husky chests due to their drawer action. Build quality is great and at this price I would go for it... I just dont know if I can keep white clean lol

I think the HD Frontier heavy duty 62 (19 gauge) not necessarily on sale but same price point. I'm very happy with mine. It is $719.

If not in a hurry for tool chest just wait for a clearance deal , come around maybe once a year on them. Another solid option is the harbor freight chests

I think so. I'm actually surprised to see it this low. I bought mine (black) a couple of years ago at like 850 during the holiday sale. Always keep my eye on them and actually saw the original price go up ~100 after I bought mine. It's a great cab, I would buy it again.
