I almost always use them for travel since that's usually the biggest bonus, but I only travel once in awhile. Statement credit bonuses were nice too (during covid).
Always try to max your value on points. Sometimes that means redeem as quickly as possible, but with Chase UR points, holding them can make sense.
Unfortunately, I'm not eligible for this offer but a 40% bonus would have been sweet.

Since this deal uses chase UR points- and the amazon visa does not earn UR points, that's not surprising at all.
