The Sweepstakes is offered by "The Sponsors"- "Artists Den Entertainment" ("Artists Den") and "Hard Rock Hotel New York" ("Hard Rock") to persons who are (a) legal residents of one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia; and (b) at least 21 years of age or older at the date of entry in this Sweepstakes
There is a maximum of one (1) entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period.
One Grand Prize winner will receive a one-night stay and dinner for two at Hard Rock Hotel New York, as well as admission for two (the winner and a guest of winner's choosing) to the Show on June 14th, 2023. Four other entrants will receive admission for two to the Show. There will be no physical tickets for this Show. Winners will be notified through an email from the Artists Den. The email will confirm location details and state that the winner's name will be on the guest list at the event check-in with one spot for a guest of his or her choice. Winners will need to present their photo ID at the time of entry into the event. It is the winner's sole responsibility to redeem the prize. All potential winners are subject to verification at the Artists Den's sole discretion. Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the Artists Den concert. Transportation is NOT included and is the responsibility of the winners to arrange.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $1500.00.
