I don't know if this will actually have the code in the box for the game, but it doesn't mention that as missing. I recommend checking in store if it's in the box and unscratched to see if they can help you if you're able to order for store pickup.

If anyone here is in West LA, they have one "fair" in stock for that ~$305 but who knows how the condition is. I have picked up a TV from that location before that was marked in fair condition and there was nothing wrong with it (it was in new condition and only the box had been cut open - it was never even unboxed). I was told they marked everything to fair to clear open-box inventory as they had too many - don't know if this will be like that though or actually in fair/poor condition.

These open box excellent units have been going in and out for shipping for a couple weeks now, maybe a month. The stock will change from available to unavailable daily.

Pretty sure Best Buy electronics return policy applies. 14 days after receiving to return.

I bought this last week *Like New open box . Item came No Box No Game No Code wrapped in 1 piece of bubble wrap . Controller and wires in sandwich bag . Unit was in good condition they said i could return within 14 days . Bought another same Like New will see if comes in box with game and return the 1st order.

Even without the code to the game, the price point is STILL that good at this time of the year.

I doubt by BF 2024 it would be less than $349.99 brand new anyways. I mean this is from Best Buy. Not Facebook Marketplace lol

This deal was actually showing on the website. Had it in my cart about to check out and it's unavailable now. Damn. There's an open on the page to trade in other consoles and they're apparently offering $110 for a used PS4 Pro. That's very surprising!

I tried to do this deal last week. Showed in stock in Burlington NC. I called the NC store. Got a person on the line (who was not at actual store).
Assured me it was available.
Drove 1 hour to store.
Talked to front door person. His response:
"Oh we haven't had one of those for a long time. We can't get the website updated to reflect that."

They get multiple people per day coming and inquiring about the open box PS5.
