I have both. The biggest pro for PS5 is my opinion is the controller. The trigger feedback makes gaming somewhat refreshing vs other consoles. Biggest con is (was?) the size of my non-slim. The biggest pro for the Xbox is Gamepass. The biggest con is felt like it's more of the same as the Xbox One/X.

Damn it! Mine was about to expire from a previous Arcade1Up deal and I ended up just buying $200 worth of Xbox gift cards because I didn't think any good enough deals would come up before it expired

It should even without the controller as long as the total amount charged on that card is at least $600. Meaning tax is included.

If you have a decent computer, game pass will provide all first party titles through it so if you that option would let you get both
