I always wanted one of those. I don't have a large enough lawn to justify it. They are well made. I have read good things about that one. I think it has a GPS enabled alarm and audible alarm when picked up and moved out of the geolocated area.

$2K for a robot mower that still uses a boundary wire. I'd rather just pay for the Segway.

Fully agree - $2k price point for something that uses a bounty wire - def not! Those should be in $1k range (something like Worx Landroid)

These guys are way over priced for what they are and really easy to steal, which happens a lot to them. I am going to wait till they are well under $1000.

I'm still using my $180 (non-Amazon) Woot Friendly Robotics mower purchased in 2004. Have replaced the batteries several times and upgraded the software, but that's all. $2K for the same buried wire tech seems a bit much.

Saw a couple of news articles in the past on them when they first launched, before they started implmenting PINs into the software... Not to mention all the articles on how to protect your robotic lawn mower with a quick google search.

If you all think this one is expensive, Husqvarna released their newest version that eliminates the need for the boundary wire and cuts up to 2.5 acres. Sounds great, but the $5900 price tag is not so great.
