Just my opinion, but I've found that Vice balls are the best in the market. Of course, I love ProV1s too, but I refuse to buy them at their price. Vice Pros are the best golf ball for me, a 14 handicapper with faster swing speeds but I don't hit piss rockets. The most important thing you can do when it comes to balls is play the same one, and find one that feels good when you strike it and putt it. Srixon are great, but if you don't intend to pay the heftier price for them longer term, skip this deal and get balls you'll stick to through every round. As others said, take into consideration how many balls you lose per round. Mine is less than 1 avg for 9 holes, so I'm fine with the price point. If you lose many, look to cheaper balls that are mid-level range and work on your game so you don't lose as many. Good luck out there, everyone! Fore!

Honestly I love the divides, for both looks and feel. No longer need to put lines on the ball for putting, they are easier to see in the air, and to me they feel great.

Edit: actually the divides I have been using are the Q-Star Tour Divide's, those for me are awesome.

Totally agree, I heard the hype but was always a Pro V and TP5 guy, great balls. Thankfully I found a Vice Pro in the woods and man was I impressed. Couldnt believe the feel around the greens. Very much as good as the top dogs, if not, it's close. I wouldn't hesitate.

Honestly for most on here Vice, Srixon, and even Kirkland all provide a ton of value for the quality of ball they all are. It's all preference, most of these premium balls are just splitting hairs.

The key for most amateurs is to know the difference between the top trim of the manufacturers ball. For example Taylormade TP5 is an excellent ball, the Taylormade Distance + is not. I'd buy a Kirkland signature or Srixon X-star over a TM distance + any day of the week, simply just way better balls. So Yea depends on what trim level your getting with your balls

Not bad, factoring in inflation. The best SD I did long ago was:

I bought several dozen of the z-star XVs last sale. After about three holes, my ball would get an inch long crack on the cover. Can't say for sure if it affected performance or by how much, but it was a bit off putting that every single ball did that in such a short timeframe. Switched back to pro V1s.

My go to ball are callaway supersofts. I just love them. They're not super duper cheap but they're not expensive either. End of the day as others have said it's a personal preference. But if you do lose a lot of balls then def consider a cheaper ball. No point in worrying too much over performance etc as well as a higher handicapper/ball loser unless you really don't lose balls.

Coupons wouldn't work for me. Tried the $20 off $100 and 10% off with email sign up. Got the following error "Promo code XXXXXXXX does not apply to your items."
