The full size keyboard in this bundle rarely goes on a deal. Most of the time when you see a deal is your the "mini" version of this keyboard. So this is a pretty good deal if you prefer a full size keyboard.
The palm rest, in my honest opinion, is not the best. But if it's free/cheap it's not bad.

But seriously, did Logi jack their MSRPs high enough that this actually a deal ($90/each)?
I have the Master 3 and MX Keys; great products. I think I paid $60 for the mouse and $70 for the keyboard on Slickdeals a couple years back.
I wish I had bought mine sooner. 100 is a good price on the keyboard and on occasion there is a sale with the wrist mat for about that or using some work discount direct from logi. I use an ergo trackball so I can't speak to the house, but I hear it's awesome.

I have the MX Keys and is stellar (using it now), while I haven't had the MX Master mouse, I did have the M720 Triathlon mouse. It's great, BT/Unifying option, except for one major issue that is shared with the MX Master and that's the rubber coating around the device.
After a year or more you'll notice degradation of the material where it starts to break apart and feels rather sticky and not comfortable. It's certainly not the M720 as /r/Logitech is littered with MX Master 3 or 3S having the same issue at about a year.
The Master is sculped well, is large and has multi connecting capabilities which is awesome but having it slowly feel disgusting is an issue on a $100 mouse. Logitech will do nothing about it.
I replaced mine with a rather basic G305 and as it's all plastic material should work better long term.
Makes laptop and accessories easier to take back and forth to work and use in meeting rooms etc.
Bolt's not backward compatible with the unifying devices so becomes an upgrade that isn't much of one.
But yes, getting hacked through our keyboard and mouse connections is something you hear about all the time.
Logitech has no problem with you throwing out a perfect good device for you to upgrade to one that is marginally better, as the "S" series of the Keyboard really is compared to the original.
Huge caveat though for those that do a lot of excel work, is that the Esc key is extra fat, meaning the F1 and F2 keys are offset from their normal position. For anyone who uses muscle memory to hit the f2 for excel will constantly be pulling up the worthless help menu. The MX Mini doesn't have this shortcoming, but it's also a TKL which means you're probably not doing too much spreadsheet work in that anyway.

My employer, a large company, dis-allows use of the older unifying receiver due to security concerns. They allow use of the newer bolt though.
The challenge for me is that I like to use the exact same setup at home and office; so some of my older devices at home will only work with unifying and the newer ones will only work with bolt. Thankfully the newer devices also have Bluetooth capability, so I switch to BT when trying to connect with my machines that have the older unifying receiver. I will likely upgrade them all slowly over time to bolt, which I feel is a genuinely better and more secure technology.

I once purchased personally the keyboard on sale from Logitech for ~$100 last summer, but I haven't seen that much of a discount yet. Logitech has 25% educational promo through Unidays and whenever they run extra sales discount, it gets cheaper than this combo deal. The best I've seen the MX Master 3 mouse is around $75, but given the history it is very likely that Lenovo or Dell will run some deals on it for ~$50 at some point.
The pad is OK, sometimes HP has similar pad for ~$7 on edu/work discount.
The mouse is heavier than G Pro Wireless and sensor is less precise but the wheels and shape are much more comfortable for work.
If you feel the same, I have the Logitech G815 (wired version of G915) and Razer Deathstalker V2 (wireless), both with red switches, and I recommend both of those if you need a low profile board. DSV2 was $160 refurbished from Amazon but basically brand new (no signs of wear, just plain box instead).

Unifying will be phased out as they do product refreshes, get on board with Bolt, more secure, better connection and less power usage.
The real benefit of the Logitech products is the software.
Options + [logitech.com] is a chunk of software, but has a lot functionality for Adobe products and other actions/macros that you may want to use.
If you don't care for installing software, you can just setup the peripherals through https://logiwebconnect.
