I will forever be kicking myself for not buying this thing when it was available on numerous occasions closer to $400 several years ago. Now I've come to terms with the fact that it will never be in that price range again and I'll never actually buy one.

Nice, Thanks. When I checked last, Home Depot was still showing MSRP. Just ordered from Home Depot instead, since the Amazon order was going to be delivered on Jun 9th. Home Depot says it'll be delivered in 2 days. Now going to cancel my Amazon order.

Love this planer kit. Was curious, so just checked - bought mine in June 2021 for $499 on Amazon. Holy sh*t.

Sounds like this is no question the planer to get, especially over the slightly cheaper lunch box models. I just don't think I have quite enough use/space for it right now to justify. Super tempting though.

Nice! I was able to get 10% off with one of their credit card coupons they are always mailing. Came to $575 with tax.

Bought the planer and the stand for $550 2 years ago. Used it for 10min and now it sits in the corner of my garage colleting dust.😂

If you're going to be using it a lot you probably want to budget for the helical cutter head also.
