    • $300000 for married couples filing jointly
    • $225000 for heads of households
    • $150000 for all other filers
  • The credit is nonrefundable, so you can't get back more on the credit than you owe in taxes. You can't apply any excess credit to future tax years.

Lol. Idc. What are you gonna talk about. I mean there are Tesla people waking around. You can call them and ask any questions if you want. But I don't have any questions.

So if I normally get a tax refund since we make Advance tax payment every quarter I won't get the full refund of 7500 right ?

Maybe next year don't make advance payments and buy it next year ?
Not how it works.

You getting a refund just means you overpaid your taxes for whatever reason.

As long as your entire federal tax burden was $7500 or higher, you will get the full credit.

Depending on your burden and what you've already paid, it will be an increased refund, a decrease in the amount owed, or a push across the line from an amount due to a refund.

It does but it's only $3750, vs $7500 for Tesla.
