EDIT: I maxed out the shells, elbows, and vermicelli. This pasta is about $1.10 to $1.15 per pound. Average price in my area is $1.50 per pound. I believe the current prediction is that prices will keep rising. I figure I might as well store this and have peace of mind.

Harris Teeter house brand on sale regularly at 1.25; (obligatory) Dollar Tree 20oz same price. No star shapes, though. Good for filler.
I bought it last time, same price. The bag 7 oz is super small, not the super market bag for family. But it is convenient for one adult or 2 children meals.
This brand is great in soups and chili. Can't be fifty cents, thanks and rep'd!
I used to buy this from a store in California that routinely had it at $0.29/bag, occasionally on sale at 5/$1. Was great when my kid was 3, and that sale price was still happening in early 2021... Now, I know inflation is a thing, but I think locality is also a factor.
