i dont think mine has the boost function or whatever to start a fully depleted battery they talk about on sd? i never knew that was a thing as it's not clear. i wish mine had that as apparently this does. regardless, it works all the times i've used it.
additionally i leave it behind the seat full time, in a hot tx garage, and even though you arent supposed too, it still has lasted fine and seem to hold charge very well for a very long time. i've had mine three yrs. in addition, it offers value as just a battery pack imo. in a power outage i could use it to charge a phone, tablet, laptop etc. or you could use it just as a portable power bank too. i never have, but it's nice to have in my power outage arsenal.
40 bucks is absurd value. china is great. propping up America's socialism since 1962.
