Amazon seller "Stavvy Sales" has terrible feedback, mostly 1-star reviews for sending the wrong item and usually a less expensive version of the advertised item probably hoping the customer doesn't realize the difference. I highly doubt this is going to be a legit authentic new (not refurb or defective) Samsung 970 Plus drive with that feedback history.

Yea up to you if you want to roll the dice and purchase from questionable sellers. I'd stick with sold by Amazon, shipped from Amazon on this one.
