As a heads up, OP deal comes with two 2.0Ah batteries. The $150 deal with the bag comes with one 1.5Ah battery and one 4.0Ah battery. I'd probably rather have the 5.5Ah total capacity. Also, the shop light included on the $150 deal is only 200 lumens. Lastly, it's technically not "all" the tools as there's also a leaf blower, car buffer, tire inflator, dust buster, and an angle grinder. Maybe more. Just a heads up and FYI on all.

Regardless, I think this [walmart.com] deal is better than the OP. Same batteries, but two extra tools and a bag for 20 bucks more.
