Looks to just be in-store only with shipping unavailable. Picked up two of these from my local Microcenter today. Store tags show $299.99 but they will easily match their own website price.
Again note, I was unable to reserve for store pickup or ship so it took a trip to the store to get the deal. If the price changes on the desktop site, try pulling the deal up on mobile browser seems to work better on mobile.

Interesting, shows $199 for me in Houston as well… I got mine from the Kansas store. I wasn't able to ship or order for pickup on their site but they were able to look it up in store and price match it. Does it show $199.99 before you add it to your list since that's what your screenshot shows?
