These are different than what you have had. These are not a physical card. You take these and trade them in on the choice gift card website for actual e-gift cards for the brand you want which you can use down to the last cent like a regular gift card.

You cannot use Target gift cards to purchase other gift cards.

You can use Target circle earnings to purchase gift cards, however, I would not do this as Target Circle earnings act like a coupon and you lose the benefit of not paying tax on that amont if you used it for a taxable order ( ie, use the Target Circle Earnings on somthing that is taxable, not gift cards or food that is not taxable )

Thanks for the info. Trying to sort the best way to use up some Chase Ultimate Rewards. We have some home projects coming up and trying to get some Home Depot GCs.

I should have stated I was referring to the "Happy" physical cards. Lowes would just decline the purchase if you didn't have enough on the card, rather than do a partial purchase. I did try and buy a smaller item and return it to get store credit, but they wanted to return it to the original card, since it processed as Visa. Just a lot of work for these small balances. I understand these Choice cards are redeemed for other gift cards, which would work much better - learned my lesson on the Happy physical cards

Did you get this list from just looking at the cards at the links in the OP? I'm not seeing Red Lobster. Maybe sold out? Looking for discount for crabfest.
