The P41 is good but in a different league . It's a solid performer and best value per dollar in most tasks . This though is the P44 Pro which is possibly the best PCIe 4.0 drive based on performance (excepting the Optane drives ).

$120 for these is bonkers, if you are need for speed enthusiast for the best tech.

Solidigm is the company that bought the Intel Optane drive factories and technology.

That is a great price. I have that drive. Got it a year or two ago at about $250. At $90 that's wild.

This isn't true. Intel has "retained its 3D XPoint technology that powers its Optane products."

Why is this so overpriced? Teamgroup 2TB is $69. A performance SSD like this should be a couple bucks more not almost 2x the price. Come on SK Hynix stop stop trying to rip people off especially when there is a massive oversupply of DRAM and NAND memory right now.

You're joking right? Even if there is an "oversupply" of cars you aren't going to get a new Porsche for the price of a Toyota Corolla.

Buy a Teamgroup and put your mission critical data on it if it is so good.

Everyone else watch this...

not all ssd are created equal just like not all cars are the same. if a toyota corolla is good for you, it may not be good for others.

It will if you put a heatsink on it
