This can't be charged by a regular 12v solar panel, it has to be at least 35v.

Avoid Bluetti period. One of the worst (basically non-existent) customer service and good luck getting them to respond or honor any warranty. Keep in mind there is a reason these are refurbs and if you want to risk having a potentially expensive brick, best to avoid any of this company's products.

Ecoflow is a much better maufacturer and product imo.

Ecoflow customer service isn't any better. Been waiting for their Chinese reps to process RMA for weeks...

I have found them to be fine. I have two of these, they work great (been owner since kickstarter). YMMV.

ecoflow will give all of their refurbs (that come new with 5 year warranties), the same 5 year warranty if you simply register it with them the same as you'd do with a new one. i've confirmed this twice with ecoflow in writing.

both sellers have 99%+ feedback on ebay. any posts to the contrary may be true, but are simply not the norm.

I RMA'd an Ecoflow about a month ago with no problems.

I know people are saying Bluetti is terrible at support. But, this seems ridiculously cheap for the price. I spent like 2 hours last night trying to convince myself to not buy it but ended up pulling the trigger. Even trying to buy the battery/inverter/etc. separately and DIY would be more expensive than this.
