Can this trimmer use the echo speed feed spool?

I know the Ryobi can and is recommended. But that one won't go on sale it seems

I bought this and the battery had a life of under 20 minutes. I contacted Kobalt and they took my info and said they would send a replacement battery. A week went by and I asked if they shipped it, rude customer service of Kobalt said there is nothing wrong with the battery and under 20 mins for this trimmer is normal. They said they were not shipping me a new battery after they said they would. I returned to lowes for a full refund. Beware the warranty on this trimmer and Kobalt Product is awful. Wouldn't recommend, I'm looking for a different trimmer now.
