Sixt Rent A Car have an all-inclusive car subscription program, an alternative to car leasing called Sixt+. American Express (ymmv) have an offer of a a one-time $199 statement credit (basically the enrollment fee) by using your enrolled eligible Card to make a single purchase of $1,000 or more online at sixt.com/plus by 9/5/2023. Add Sixt+ Offer
Enroll/Sign Up for Sixt+ [sixt.com]

Configure car subscription, select pick-up date and location and complete booking online or via the Sixt app.
Pick up your car at your caring SIXT station.
If your needs should change, you can simply adjust your subscription via the app e.g., pause or swap your vehicle.
You cancel your subscription simply by returning the vehicle to a Sixt station.

Using your ENROLLED American Express Card to Pay
