ANSI ratings are probably accurate, but you can't trust their contrast ratio specs.
220usd for a 1080p projector is pricy imo, I got one a year ago for less than half this price albeit with a lower ANSI lumens.
Those are all paid by Yaber.
That said, I reviewed another projector for them and found it to be a great deal. No idea about durability, but the general build quality and picture are way past where you'd find in a BenQ or Epson for 50% more cost.
These have worked well for me, and I'm not getting comped to say it.

Better to get a real player like a Firestick or Hulu stick.

I've owned other cheap projectors (usually $120 and under). This was an upgrade from an older 720p I had in the side room / outdoors.
The main thing that's worth it -- for me -- is the auto focus and keystone features. You can place it near anywhere in a room and change the keystone to have it fit the frame which is nice because I didn't want to mount it to the ceiling (cause ceiling fans).
Other things I like: pretty bright and the speaker isn't too bad.
Things that are ehhh: it's way bigger than think, still use the basic screw thing to raise the front, and the price is still a litttttle high for what should probably be closer to like 180 or so maybe?
