I have a 50w solar panel on my rv. I Have a 12v marine battery that runs everything for the weekend. The 50w has the battery fully charged by the next weekend even when its cloudy during the week. If you're looking to trickle charge a battery you might want to look into a 20w solar panel.
Aside from internet pedants pointing out that you can of course charge anything with a solar panel and the right equipment. It's in no way practical to charge up electric car with a couple of hundred watt solar panels.

If someone needs a single 100 watt panel though, this deal is solid
I picked up this 100W BougeRV panel [amazon.com] a few weeks back to pair with my Ecoflow River 2, and it works great for charging a small (256Wh) power station such as that. The River 2 has a 110W max solar input so the 100W panel is a good pair for it. I have no idea how this Eco-Worthy panel compares to the BougeRV, but I've seen as high as 95W off my panel on a very sunny, clear day and will average around 80W in normal sunny conditions.

Keep in mind that you'll still need to factor in cables to convert the solar output (MC4 connectors) to whatever your power station requires. My Ecoflow needed a standard XT60 female adapter to connect but other stations may use different connections. Cable can be very expensive depending on the length and gauge you need, so just budget for that also.

I charged my River 2 this weekend over 100W solar from 0% to 100% and it took around 3.5 hours. That's averaging around 80W, so obviously that time will vary depending on conditions. If you have a larger power station, you'll probably want to either get several of these, or just get a bigger panel. The 100W panels are about as large as I'd like to transport for camping etc, as anything more powerful are going to get heavy and large. However, these solid panels will typically be more durable and longer lasting than portable/foldable panels at the same price point.

I know nothing about solar system... could I get a couple of these and a 'cheap' controller to slow charge an electric car (13amp 120v charger) ??

Not a big fan of Rockpals proprietary practices; but look into the VoC range for the solar panels, and the range of voltage input of the power station.

What about mounting this to my shed and using it to "trickle charge" my john deere? Would that work?

Overkill, but would work fine. Pair it with a cheap PWM charge controller and you are good.

So as for the batteries, lets say hypnotically i have a dozen 12v APC UPS batteries, could I put those in parallel to store the power? LMAO

Of course. Any 12v charge controller should work. If you are planning that for hobby and edu then by all means. But I would caution that it's pretty sub-optimal with differing wear levels brands etc. for actual power storage

But...

Solar with the battery you got and upgrade if you dig it
