However note that the top burners are 7,500 btu each, not the 10k btu versions.
Edit/Correction: Altho the BBQGUYS web page lists the burners at 7,500 btu each, that's wrong. This Deluxe model (Model: COVEND) comes with 9,000 btu burners.

It's held up well over the 5 or 6 years we've had it.
It looks to take up about the same space yet I'd have 2 burners available for cooking while using the oven as the heater. My Buddy heater is 18k BTU (on high). I wonder how this oven (with the door open) would compare to that as a heat source. Any thoughts?
edit: Sorry. I could have easily read that the burners are 7.5k (or 9k) each and the oven is 3k. So I guess if I had all on high it might be equivalent. But it won't have the radiant heat factor of the Buddy Heater. Still might be worth a try at this price though.
