Sounds like the normal stuff with some cauliflower mixed in...

That first "cauliflower pasta" image is misleading. At least on the box it says "with cauliflower added to the pasta."

It's not a low carb option if that's what you're looking for, but for stubborn kids, its an easy way to sneak in some veggies into their diet.

Let's be honest... This product is loved because of the taste, texture and the ability to mix in other ingredients. Loaded with simple carbs, it has little to no redeeming nutritional value... I am as guilty as anyone, having enjoyed 1000s of boxes of Kraft Macaroni & Cheese since Neil Armstrong walked on the moon. Pretending it has "veggies" is silly and no substitute for the real thing.
