To the people who are waiting, just remember that every fighting game is the best when it's brand spanking new and there are new players every day to play with and the community is booming. Yes, it'll get more polished and balanced as it ages but nothing tops those first months. And yes this also applies to games with shit launches.

SF6 maybe GOATed it's that good. Modern & Dynamic alternative input modes for casuals & newcomers was a perfect move. I'll be acquiring all paid DLC via msrewards. Fighting Ground plays 60fps locked on SteamDeck & portable world tour grinding xp.

This is very important because as the player base dies off eventually the only people left will be the hardcore fighting game people. However if this game keeps its popularity that won't happen until 3 years from now.
