Found the 20oz bottle with the twist-and-sip lid for this price in person at Dick's Sporting Goods, white and black color. Some of the more radical colors in other bottle styles on clearance as well (picked up a "Starfish" orange 40oz as well for $19.97 or so).

I had the same thought when I ordered one of these 3 weeks ago that was estimated to ship late June- early July and I'm still waiting! Hopefully that's not the case now

At your suggestion, I looked at the reviews. 28,379 total ratings, 1,678 with reviews, 31 that mention "rust" including some reporting no rust. It's probably safe to assume that people experiencing issues are more likely to leave reviews than those who do not, so we're looking at a defect rate of 1-2%.
