Yes, this is basically a gift card that can only be used to buy gift cards laugh out loud. You'll receive an e-gift code which you then have to redeem at the One4All website. From there, it's just like you're placing an order for the e-gift card you want. So, if you wanted to, you could immediately turn around and convert this into whichever gift card you want, or you could wait until the day you plan to use the card, and convert it then. You can also divide the balance among multiple retailers, but there are some limitations, such as minimums of $5-$10 for some retailers.

If you use this for chipotle is it safe? I stopped buying there cards as they are hacked so easily I kept getting my balance stolen

In looking at it, it appears you purchase a One4all eGift Card, but then you have to exchange your gift card amount for another Gift card purchase, at a bunch of different available retailers???

If you're worried, you can hold on to this card, and only convert some of the balance each time you go to Chipotle so there's limited time for the balance to get stolen.

For example, if your total at Chipotle is $12.71, you can convert exactly $12.71 of this card's balance to a new Chipotle card and use it immediately, leaving $87.29 on the One4All card. Then, so on and so forth until your O4A card runs out. A little more work, but much more secure.

Are you sure you can convert an exact amount like that?
In their FAQ's, they seem to indicate that some gift cards have a min. amount required.

Yes, some have high minimums (Morton's is the highest at $50) and others are as low as $1, but the majority of the more popular brands have mins around $5-$15. Chipotle is only $5 minimum. I had a $50 card laying around so I tested it out on Chipotle, and it let me split it with exact amounts like this:

Chipotle Mexican Grill eGift $12.71
Chipotle Mexican Grill eGift $14.56
