If you need the extra 16gbs of RAM + the extra VRAM of the 3080ti then yeah this is a no brainer but if you're buying this laptop to actually game you're kinda just throwing away the extra $500.

3080 ti, 32 gb ram and 1 tb ssd it is almost 400 right there

I would go with this over HP, vram would be the bottleneck not the processor if it's for gaming.
The 3080 Ti is much better.
