Visionworks "Trip to Cannes, France" Sweepstakes (purchase or AMOE) 06/30/23

TO ENTER: You will automatically be entered into the Promotion each time you make an in-store purchase at Visionworks participating locations and provide/update/confirm your full name, mailing address, phone and email address at the time of purchase (including, but not limited to, having an exam or other service even if the cost is covered by insurance). If you prefer not to make a purchase or provide/update/confirm the requested information, you may enter by mail (see next paragraph).

To enter without making a purchase, or without providing/updating/confirming the requested information at time of purchase, hand print your name, complete mailing address, daytime phone number, email address and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope postmarked by June 30, 2023 and received by July 7, 2023 to: Visionworks "Trip to Cannes, France" Sweepstakes, PO Box 3520, Southbury, CT 06488-3520. No mechanical reproductions permitted. Limit one entry per outer envelope. Each entry must be mailed separately.

One (1) Grand Prize: a trip for winner and up to 3 guests to Cannes, France. Prize consists of round trip coach air transportation for winner and up to 3 guests from the major commercial airport closest to winner's residence; 7 nights' standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations; and $5,000 spending money to be awarded as a check made out to winner. Total approximate retail value ("ARV") of Grand Prize is $20,900. Actual value will be determined by winner's residence and seasonal rates. Any difference between the actual value and the stated value will not be awarded. Winner and guests must possess all required, valid identification and travel authorizations in order to travel (including, but not limited to, passports valid for travel to France on the designated travel dates). Winner and guests are responsible for any travel insurance (if desired), and for all trip expenses not specified, including meals, tips, and entertainment. If winner and/or guests fail to possess all required, valid identification and/or travel authorizations, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor, and must be completed by December 31, 2024.

Open to legal residents of the 48 Contiguous United States and District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry.
