I ordered one of these "packages" and was promptly sent a single fan instead. After speaking with three regular and two "supervisor" associates, I was left with the options of contacting FedEx to file a complaint or return it for a refund. Not ONE time did they ever offer to send me the correct item. This is what "customer service" has devolved into these days. I returned it, cancelled my HD card, and swore I would NEVER waste my time or money with them again. Direct Tools from now on.

They sent me 1 at a time with my recent purchase. Got the 2nd 3 days later w/o having to reach out to HD

I bought the "bundle" from them but refused one of the delivery as I saw the damage about 12 days ago. I'm still awaiting a refund. I called customer service and said," There's nothing they can do." I returned the other item in the same "bundle" to the store yesterday and got a refund today. I will talk to my CC AFTER TWO WEEKS

Can these be used without the misting component, as well?

I got a family member a small personal use fan with a misting attachment... they promptly turned it around on me (thinking they were doing me a favor), but... I wear glasses.

Get your misting sh*t out of my face, lol.

Yes, you can use it like a regular fan. This thing keeps going in and out of stock and randomly on sale. Just keep checking.
