These are the best non-stick pans I have ever used. They don't stratch off like typical pans. Metal spatula safe even.

Some say it's the best thing ever, others say that it peels after a couple of uses. Mostly positive reviews. I did read a comment somewhere that you 100% need to pre-heat the pan. I believe the positive reviews enough to buy this set, but I haven't had a chance to use them yet.
