Before asking if the item you are looking at is excluded, add it to your online cart and then see if the coupon code (37994934) works. If it works online, it'll work in store.
Edit: But wait until the 16th to try it
Edit Edit: Marcus305's original post that got hidden by the front page rewrite included the exclusions list, so I will paste here

I tried their AAA batteries once and will never purchase them again. Batteries didn't last long during use and the rest of the batteries in the pack "expired" much sooner than expected. Just wouldn't work.
The $5 telescoping magnetic pickup tool is great to have when needed. Not great build quality so I'd get a nicer one if it'll be used often. I use it maybe once a year and always glad it's there when needed.

I use this brush set when I need to scrub something with more than just an old tooth brush.

This wire wheel crush set has gotten more use than expected over the years.

This little dolly is helpful. Sometimes too small but with only occasional use, I didn't want something bulky taking up storage room.

I've definitely gotten my money out of $12 ratchet straps over the years.

Everything HF sells will have different tiers of quality. The more you use it, consider increasing the quality/price. And at some point you might want to put money towards a more dependable brand not sold at HF.
Hopefully a couple of these items might be useful for your lifestyle!

These are cheap enough to pair with the kit. Maxes at 12mm but still covers most things youd want to attack with this.
Icons use Knipex style adjustment which is generally much better than tongue and groove/channellock style. That and the cantilever jaw design and thinner head profile that Channellocks don't use. If you want/need the higher adjustability options then the real alternative to these is a Knipex pliers wrench for ~$60. Otherwise Kleins new pliers wrench is another good option for $50. I already have Knipex, but if I had a budget of ~$35 max and was choosing between just the Icons or Channellock 415s I'd take the Icons 10/10 times and wouldn't bat an eye at the extra $10-$12. Channellocks are an old and outdated design that I'd rather never go back to because the Knipex-style adjustability (and handle contours that don't pinch the palm of your hand) is worth paying for.
Only real good thing I can say about Channellocks anymore is that you won't shed as many tears if you lose them. Since they're so much cheaper, especially vs Knipex.
Still have the odd pair kicking around the farm that I use as a last resort from time to time. There really is no comparison though, Knipex-style pliers are just so much better and a 12" Cobra and 10" pliers wrench is usually the first thing I'll grab for working on the water truck, air compressor lines, fuel pump hoses, electrical conduit, general plumbing, etc. They're just so much better and nicer to use than the Channies.

Alot.

Granted they are absolutely unnecessary. But fun to have if you like buying new toys
I am so glad to see their bringing it back, but so sad to see the ever increasing exclusions.

I've been interested in a hydraulic cart but that seems to be excluded. I don't mind adding a cheap tool to my small but slowly growing collection.
The 1/4" composite ratchet can be stacked with the $5 off non-expiring coupon to make it just $5. Composites are especially nice when it's cold out.
