Not fond of their loyalty club making you come to a location to get a card to join. Might or might not. Thanks for posting though.

I hate that they have promos only for holidays. I love their chicken so much though that I order for both days. Might make another account to get 4 orders total

I've gone to cane's several times and they never have any cards available to sign up. Lost my old card, can't unlink it from my online account. It's the among the worst fast food loyalty programs I've used. But if you have the card already - this is a good deal.

Agreed. It's so bad. Why is it not available digitally in the app like any decent company? They put in a Cane's by me, I went once, realized the app isn't the loyalty program, haven't been back because Zaxby's has better fries and a better app.

The cashier can enter card number manually from your online account.

Is there some minimum requirement to get these offers? They never seem to show up for me after the initial sign up offer I redeemed.

Have to go to physical location to get membership card. Many locations do not have physical cards available. Offer may or may not be loaded in the 30 seconds from when you receive card to when you order. No thanks. Great chicken but not worth the hassle.

Maybe my location is off but this is the blandest chicken I have ever had. It is only a small step up from boiled.

Yeah I wish you could just get the sauce in the grocery store like Chick-fil-A or Whataburger do.

just use the app and have them scan the barcode. I never use my card cuz i need to minimize my wallet thickness cuz of my phone

it is once u get a card, which you will when you buy their food. But the app can be buggy as hell. I remember the option wasnt there to scan, but it takes a minute to load in sometimes. It'll show HOME and ORDER buttons at the bottom. When it should have Caniac Club between them at the bottom. Sometimes i click on where it says "HI, your name", then "my account" and the little caniac club button shows up at the bottom. So odd they havent fixed it.

once you sign up, it takes 24 hours for the free meal to show up. I had the same issue.
