I bought mine new so I can't speak to the quality of the refurbs, but what I can speak to is just how freakin much I use this thing. It's just me and my girlfriend, we spent well over 5k on our appliances when we moved in, and I use our $150 Ninja Foodi almost nightly. I just made cookies in it last night, a grilled pork loins, green beans, and potatoes the night before and garlic bread to go with.

This is easily the #1 utility we use to cook almost all our meals with. If you're cooking for more than 2, it wont be big enough, but for 2 or less, it's fantastic!

I've bought the ninja grill xl refurbished from woot and it was nearly brand new, honestly I couldn't tell it was refurbished. Going on 1 year strong

We just got one the last time they had this deal a few weeks ago and it's spotless. Had some very minor creases in the stainless that you'd only notice if you knew it was a refurb. I was very pleased with price and condition.

Same, I've purchased a dozen refurbs from here from dell laserjet printer to air fryer(basket type), to dehumidifier, the list goes on and on and every single thing arrived in brand new condition and all in service as we speak, some purchased up to 5yrs ago lol I'd never hesitate

I bought a refurb from Woot and it arrived in like new condition. However the first time I ran it it had a horrible burnt plastic smell. It eventually went away. That might be standard for these. Mine also had a fan noise/vibration issue when running at full speed as an air fryer. That has mostly gone away, but I assume that's why it was returned.

i think the sp251q is a qvc only model; it didn't get the best reviews... i'm guessing corners were cut to mass produce them...
