Probably the first or second, I don't know if there's there's a way to tell without the date of manufacture or a serial number? Maybe someone who knows more will chime in or someone who ordered it will be able to say before it sells out?

Flats aren't common on this model...solid tires aren't good for wet conditions.

That's a good point but I'd be very wary of riding a scooter at all in wet conditions.
