In store only. YMMV. You can check costco same day delivery to see if it's in stock at your costco. If you see $23.36 (marked up fees) then it should be $19.97 in warehouse. https://sameday.costco.

If you bought it a few days ago then Costco should be able to refund the difference if the store has the same price.

Before clicking the final pay button, I went back to see if there was any other LEGO. Nope, nothing, I go back to the cart, still $65 on my total page, click to check out, and the price is $105 at the same place it was $65, the first time i had went through!!! There was no message that it changed from the previous total it was showing $65!! WTH is the deal? Almost got me. It seems like bait and switch when you're shown a total price, and they slip in a $40 bump.
