hey guys, so a long time ago I set a price alert on Amazon for these because I bought an aerogarden on Slickdeals. so today it hit for this one seems to be a good price if you need it.

Use cotton balls for seed germination and 1-2 inch cut pool noodles instead of net cups for even lower cost growing.
Solid deal OP! With many years of experientation and having tried at least 4 random brands of alternative sponges, I stick to aerogarden brand or urban leaf pure coco noir, I prefer the urban leaf if doing seed starters to plant outside and the aerogarden brand to stay in the units
I've been using these for a decade. They always seem to have sales like this and then prices will go back to retail. I'm guessing since it's warmer out now most people aren't using their aero as much and are doing traditional gardening.

Interesting...do you have to dig pool noodles back up after or do you remove it before putting in dirt? Newbie gardener here and so confused...thanks

Coco noir. Now that's a funny typo 😂

is aerogarden liquidating for a reason? everything in their catalog has been massively discounted the last month, I thought at least the 'as a service' seeds and pods would stay full price

Most products go on sale during the offseason. Summer is time for outdoor gardening, it's not prime indoor/aerogardening season.

Aerogarden has the grow baskets available, a pack of 50 is on sale for $11.37 now. OR, their Grow Anything Seed Pod kits are1/2 off right now, so for $33.74 you get 50 grow baskets, 50 grow sponges, 50 labels for the baskets, 50 domes for starting seeds and 6 bottles of plant food.

Bought separately on sale would cost:
50 Grow Sponges-$11.99
50 Grow Baskets-$11.37
50 labels-N/A
50 grow domes-$10.77
$34.13 w/o plant food

6 bottles of plant food-$43.14 (7.19/ea)
Total- $77.27

I would argue the value of the plant food though.
Hope this helps.

Oops... I did too! Guess I need to add that to the order too unless there's a good hack you know of?

I tried to find that kit but couldn't. Could you please provide a link? Thanks.

I was looking for it too, but looks like you have to go to the "Grow anything seed pod kit" and choose the 50 pack for it to show up.

Here is a link I copied from my browser, but judging from the HTML, you will still have to manual select the 50 pack to see the sale price.
