That's clever but unless I'm buying today, sitting on a GameStop gc makes me **nervous**.

I've been waiting for this deal for quite some time now. About 4 years ago I got it and bought a $500 GameStop gift card and got the quest 1. I'm now planning on getting the quest 3 so hopefully I'll be able to do this. Also a great way to get a discount on consoles like the PS5 and Xbox series X

YMMV on it. I've used gamestop gift cards in store to buy playstation gift cards several times (as recently as a month ago). Online, likely not able to, but the stores have more control. For example, the $5 monthly pro reward isn't supposed to work on digital stuff. My store told me they have ways to apply it. Maybe call your local store before buying and see what they say.

No, not really. Unless you mean taking a picture of the card number and pin to redeem it and sending it that way.

No, It says on the GameStop website :"What can I use my gift card on?

Gift cards, digital gift certificates, trade credit and PowerUp Rewards™ cards containing store credit can only be redeemed in the U.S.at GameStop.com and GameStop store locations. Your gift card cannot be used to purchase other GameStop gift cards or any other 3rd Party currency that GameStop sells (PlayStation Network Cards or other retailers). All other products are available to purchase"

While it does say this, I have been able to several times use a gamestop gift card in store to purchase a playstation gift card. YMMV, but my local store does it. Online, might not be able to.

I was able to buy Playstation gift cards with Gamestop gift cards, my son wanted me to pre order Spiderman 2 for ps5

If you have Costco membership, Cinemark gcs are normally discounted 20%. Be great if Costco ever did an even greater discount!
