greenworks customer service and warranty sucks. I had an 80v snow blower. Worked for 10 minutes then spent 1.5 years (not joking) In a repair shop waiting for parts. This was pre COVID. Terrible terrible. I have an 80v battery that wont work now (charge). It's 3 years old so I'm sol. Stay away. Buyer beware etc

I've been using some Greenworks 40V (GMAX) equipment for 9 years (dual blade push mower, string trimmer - same one as in this combo, hedge trimmer). Still on original batteries (4ah + 2x2ah). I also bought a couple of their other 40V tools (a small chainsaw and a blower/vac) in the recent years. My only issue is that the mower grass catcher bag is falling apart and I can't find a replacement part as they are out of stock everywhere, probably out of production. Other than that, it's been OK, but I'm not a heavy user. The mower gets used weekly during the season (I don't have a big lot and a single 2ah battery is more than enough for one mowing), the string trimmer - maybe once a month, the hedge trimmer - couple of times per year, the chainsaw I used maybe 2-3 times total and the blower I got last year and used it maybe a dozen times since.
