Per Slickdealer "JayFull" : If you were part of the Mossy-Oak --> Black replacement debacle, and want to figure out which color unit you are actually receiving:
Log into your FedEx account then go to manage your deliveries, click status which is the tracking number then scroll down and open up shipment facts. Then look at department number. That will tell you the color. ECH01-EX5s is for the black one. If it's the mossy oak it'll be different.

I think echelon added support for some of those apps on the tablet, without figuring out a work around.

Auto resistance is not necessary but you can customize it in the QZ app to automatically follow the Peloton instructor's resistance call outs or set it for erg mode in Zwift where it will try to keep you in your target power zone based on cadence.

Even though I might not use the screen, I can still get the stats of my riding through the screen. It just gives me the opportunity to eventually hack it to add a few apps or whatever. I can always use an external iPad or phone if I want as well.
