Costco online has Eddie Bauer fleece lined pants on clearance for $9.97. Quite a bit is in stock for the women's colors and sizes but a lot of the sizes are OOS for men's. Purchased these a while back for $15 and thought they were a bargain then. The exterior is almost like a soft windbreaker material and the inside is fleece lined. Great for taking casual walks during the cooler seasons.
