This looks like an unreleased GBC game from way back and they may have released it now as a free-to-play game? Looks that way. It's actually a pretty fun game and the game ROM works on emulators and flashcarts.

When I played this it reminded me of McKids.
Downloaded my old boy (free emulator for Android) and was playing in a few minutes. Beat the game on easy in like 10-15 minutes. If you retro game I think it's worth booting it up 👍
