To close these wipes, it is 8 popups and 4 sticker. It is not clear from the description but seems like it from images and confirmed from reviews [amazon.com]

Next, my next S&S ship date is in July, so it's outside the P&G rebate window.
Net price is then $69.14 (with tax) - $15 = $54.14 = 2.6 cents per wipe.

edit: nvm I think this was for the scan receipt thing on PG good everyday rewards. I guess the rebate doesn't provide any confirmation and just have to wait 6-8 weeks.
Only one address (with 2 of the $15 cards) received confirmation emails when rebate card shipped. The rest just showed up in the mail
