anyone know whether it is good for only one order? or it can have leftover for next order if not used up in the first order? (e.g. first order of $50 with $15 off, then next order days later of $40 with $12 off, and still have $3 leftover?)

It can be applied to multiple orders. The discount will stop showing up once you reach your max discount amount.
