Do not underestimate how viable the included stand is with this monitor. Attach it to the back of your desk and adjust your monitor up, down, left, right, tilt, forward, and back. Even better I combined it with a sit-stand motorized desk so I have the ultimate flexible work environment. Sometimes I put both monitors together and use dual-screen for maximum productivity. Sometimes I split both monitors far apart with my work laptop in the middle and use a desktop Windows computer on the left monitor and a desktop Mac Mini computer on the right monitor.
USB-C means I can easily plug in any Macbook from the last 7 years and a single cable provides video, audio, data, and 60W of power to charge up the laptop. The data connection can function as a USB hub.. so plug all your accessories into the monitor and they will also connect to your USB-C single-cable laptop. Finally 4K 32" is the perfect size & resolution for desktop use. I'd had several 40-43" 4K monitors and TVs and they were all too massive. I have a couple 27" 4K monitors and they are too small. Love the fact that I scale the desktop up or down.. while still running 4K and everything looks fantastic. If they made a gaming version of this monitor that supported 4K@144hz in the exact same form factor.. AND also supported USB-C.. then I'd buy it immediately and have a 3-monitor setup.
If you own a newer Macbook + have a desk to clamp this too.. you will NOT be disappointed!!
That said all 3 monitors were pretty much purchased at the same time (within a week of each other). And when I set mine up.. I purposely ran all the cables (USB-C, 2x HDMI, and power) to each monitor and zip-tied all 4 cables to the monitor ergo arm. This helps with a few things: 1) keeps the cables nice & tidy, 2) keeps the cables from moving around unnecessarily and 3) ensures a firm, robust connection as I move the monitors around in different areas and heights on my desk.
Both of the monitors in my dual setup have USB-C ports that work just fine 2 years later. I would highly suggest to anyone purchasing these to also do the same. Secure the cables with zip-ties to ensure a long lasting, reliable connection.

I am looking for the crisp clear fonts mostly for looking documents/spreadsheets and lines of program codes.
