Does anyone have any experience with this? Are these truly better than the 100 dollar knock off devices on Amazon? I bought one of the knock offs but truth be told I don't use it and I think it is at least partially because I just am not entirely convinced that it's effective. This is one of the devices I originally wanted. great deal!!!!

Any issues or concerns with cancer when using this product? Has this been FDA approved? I see "fda cleared" is that the same meaning?
