$599.99. Their normal refurb price is $699.99 but new it's $999.99. Shipping is free/store pickup where available.
IMPORTANT: 30 DAY WARRANTY from what I can tell.

For the Index, the tracking is unparalleled. Don't need to worry about charging. AMAZING controllers with hand tracking (I have grips on my Quest2 that mimic them).
Upgradability is nice if you want to get full body tracking or get a Pimax headset (200° FOV + 8K, Quest has ~90°)
The headphones are the most immersive you can get, competing alternatives for the quest 2 cost 200usd+.
Con I have seen is that the resolution is lackluster.

Potentially a decent deal even if you replace the HMD at some point, as the controllers + base stations alone are about $600, though at this point other stuff like the Quest Pro 2, Deckard and Quest 3 are (probably) pretty close on the horizon.
