ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is only open to individuals, who, at the time of entry: (1) are legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia, and (ii) are at least 21 years old and the age of majority in their respective state of residence.
Timing: The BOSS x NFL Capsule Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins on May 11th, 2023 on or about 6:00 P.M. (EST) and ends on or about August 1st, 2023 on or about 11:59 PM (EST)
Prize: Winner to pick their favorite NFL team (based on Sponsor availability) and win one BOSS x NFL capsule for that specific team. The BOSS x NFL capsule consists of a t-shirt MSRP $98.00), a hooded sweatshirt (MSRP $198.00), a crewneck sweatshirt (MSRP $178.00), a jogger pant (MSRP $128.00) and a short (MSRP $128.00).
In the event of a cancelation or in the event Sponsor is unable to fulfil the prize in its sole discretion, Sponsor may elect to substitute a $898.00 HUGO BOSS gift certificate, or in the event a portion of the prize is unavailable a substitute product or gift card with the associated MSRP.
