Don't get the white standard filters. Buy the blue "elite" filters. they last longer and filter much more than the white ones.

I wish more people would use these - stop using plastic water bottles and use filtered tap water. We love ours.

''The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase."
Didn't work with the white 10 cup for $28 but did with the black 10 cup for $33.
Go figure.

Water bottle has its uses. I leave some in my car trunk in case I got stuck somewhere. But for daily use, totally agree with you there.

That said I wish we have more zerowater coupons. I alternate between zerowater and brita. Brita is cheap but zerowater is much better.

I'm sure the answer will depend on where one lives, but is there a noticeable difference in taste between tap water and Brita filtered water? I live in the DFW area, which is not known for hard water.

At least for me, my tap water tastes better than plastic bottled water.

I mean, not a lot of room to swim in a pitcher

We fill the tap water into a gallon jug, and leave it overnight then pour into the Brita filter pitcher. We find that the water doesn't have that taste anymore.
It does when it freshly comes out from the faucet.

Do these take the regular filters or is there a certain filter for them? I use knock offs from Amazon.

If I get the blue one with the blue elite filter, can I use the pitcher with the white filter later? Or it has to be blue filter?

No question, ZeroWater is better.
But it's way more expensive and the filters don't last as long.
With Brita and PUR it's easy to forget to change filter and water more or less tastes the same.
With ZeroWater, the taste starts to change and you'll notice it forcing you to replace the filter.

Even the pitcher design on ZeroWater is better, they use tighter tolerances and seals to prevent water going around filter or getting through between the reservoir on top and the bottom.
