You can refund the executive membership less the 2% cash back certificate at the end of each year if you don't spend enough so there's no real gamble other than waiting in line and having them issue a refund once a year if you don't hit the profit threshold.

Clearly they bought the pressure cooker a big one for a weekend party I believe.
It won't be long before Costco started changing their policies.
Costco should start with the red flag, then warning and ban the members for misusing the return policy.
